Dive site Punta Berrugo

Known by a few different names, Punta Berrugo or Pecios, this is many people's favorite dive area in Playa Blanca, thanks to having wrecks and caves as some of its features. Due to the site having so much to offer, the area is usually split into two separate dives, one that explores the Pecios Nuevo and the Pecios Viejo. Here, you can visit the small cave where a resident Moray Eel lives, or explore the remains of the small fishing vessels that sank here.

There are many swim throughs and crevices that can be found all over the site and wherever you go, you are almost certain to see large schools of Bream and Barracuda. Be sure to look under the reef ledge for one of the many rays that can be found here.
