SSI Level 1 Freediving is the first step required to become a certified freediver or instructor. During this course, progress will be emphasized in prolonging the time spent underwater, as well as introducing you to new safety measures relevant to freediving. The course will also highlight the importance of practicing this sport with a buddy, to enhance your comfort and safety.
The course consists of two open water dives from a boat, to a maximum depth of 20 meters.
