The Technical Extended Range Trimix diving program builds upon the skills and techniques learned as an SSI Extended Range Diver. This course allows you to go beyond the no-decompression limits by increasing both dive depth and duration.
Designed for avid underwater explorers, this program provides the necessary training to independently plan and conduct mixed gas unlimited decompression dives to a maximum depth of 60 meters.
This course can be completed in either a Backmount or Sidemount configuration (Extended Range Sidemount certification is required if you wish to use Sidemount).

Requirements
- Minimum 18 years old
- Minimum 70 logged dives, including:
- 20 dives deeper than 30 meters
- 10 dives requiring staged decompression with at least one gas switch (excluding training dives)
- Certified in at least one of the following:
- SSI Extended Range
- Full Cave Diving
- Technical Wreck Diving
- Or an equivalent certification
- Valid medical certification from within the last year (no self-certification accepted)
