The ANDI Safe Air Decompression course is a technical course but designed for recreational divers using one gas only during “No Stop Required” dives. The course provides topics like dive planning in combination with decompression theory. The certification allows the diver to have a maximum of 15 minutes of in water deco on back gas. The course allows both single tank diving and twin tank diving.
During the course key skills covered include:
- How to handle decompression obligations
- Dive planning and back up plans
- Proper use of dive computers

- The ANDI Safe Air Decompression Diver course costs €750 and includes four open water dives. The course can be completed in two days and is open to any diver holding the required prerequisites.
