The Arquito dive site is contained within the reef area close to Las Lenguas. Arquito is a natural lava arch that can be found at the end of a sand river that runs to the side of Las Lengaus and the window that is close by. This is an interesting area to explore with many walls and rivulets running out in all directions. The site is centrally located within the reef giving plenty of opportunities to investigate new areas.
What you can see within this dive site, other than Arquito itself depends upon the direction in which you dive. Typical within the area are Barracuda, rays and large shoals of Bream and Sardines. This is also a good area for spotting octopus which can often be found hiding away within the small crevices and rocks that typify this area. Alternatively, go with the flow and drift to wherever the current takes you on the day!
