Wow it looks so different at night!

It is amazing how different a reef looks at night compared to during the day. Your field of vision is reduced so you are more focused on what is close to you, the marine life at night is also different with some animals coming out to feed whilst others sleep. During the daytime in some dive areas the visibility is much less than in the waters of Lanzarote, so much so that it is like diving at night. In both these situations the SSI Night and Limited Visibility specialisation is a must.

As part of this course you will learn how to enter and exit the water at night and understand what specialized equipment you may require. Most importantly the course will teach you how to communicate and dive with a buddy at night or in limited visibility. The Night and Limited Visibility speciality will allow you to maximise your enjoyment of your night dive in comfort and safety.
